This class is a form of aerobic exercise that uses a low elevated platform.

Our class targets the lower body but may also include upper body with low weights.

Cardio Step:

  • Boost your heart rate.

  • Improves breathing.

  • Strengthen muscles.

Cardio Conditioning

Our Conditioning class is a total body, heart pumping, and strengthening based training.

This class is designed to tone your body and improve your endurance and clear your mind while utilizing plyometrics.

Cardio Conditioning Increases:

  • Strength

  • Speed

  • Endurance

Helps you:

  • Prepare your body for the rigor of everyday life.

  • Gain a Stronger heart and lungs.
