This class is predominantly done in chairs, while the class is easily modified depending on fitness levels, using a variety of hand help workout equipment. This class helps our students function in their day to day life.
Senior Exercise is focused on increasing:
Muscle Strength.
Range of Movement.
and Balance.
Our Senior Class is one class that meets 3 days a week.

$30 per 20 Classes
* Your 20 Classes do not expire at the end of the month from the date of purchase.
Your 20 classes may roll over to the following month & will continue to roll over until your package completes and you use all of your 20 classes.
Once you attend your complete 20 classes all you need to do is purchase another 20 class package for $25 and you are ready to continue your fitness journey.
