Our Standard Yoga Class is either Hatha or Restorative Yoga.
“Discipline of Force.”
Consists of the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, during the long hold your muscles are allowed to relax deeply.
Restorative Yoga:
Improves flexibility.
Helps you to deeply relax your body and mind.
Gentle way to recover from injury or soreness.
Engages your nervous system.
Improves your mood.

Our Flowing Yoga is sequence based that coordinates movement with breath flow from one pose to another.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is breath-led movement focused on inhalation or exhalation with every pose that links you to conscious breathing and a mindful flow.
Flowing Yoga:
Whole body fitness.
Reduces stress and tension.
Helps prevent recurring injuries and imbalances.
Improves mind-body awareness.
